Fantastic staff ensured a smooth check-in process and provided excellent coffee and scones that made our mornings delightful! ! The room offered a high level of cleanliness and comfort throughout our two-night stay.

The inconsistency in breakfast options left much to be desired, limiting our choices, and the shower had some maintenance issues that hindered overall enjoyment.

I had a great experience overall! The breakfast was fantastic with a good selection and the breakfast staff was always on top of things. Plus, the rooms were clean and well maintained. My only complaint was that the pool was a bit cloudy, but I would definitely choose this place again!

Had an awesome time with my friends! We enjoyed kayaking and boat tours near the hotel, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly! Just a heads up, breakfast was pretty basic, so don’t expect a lot of variety.

The rooms are spacious and super cozy, which made lounging after a long day a total delight! I loved the 24/7 coffee bar, perfect for those late-night chats or early morning boosts. Plus, the location is on point. There are so many fun activities nearby that we were never bored!

The elevator is a bit of a nuisance, especially with only one operating for three floors, leading to delays during busy times. Some rooms showed signs of wear, with chipped paint and the occasional missing lamp, which detracted from the overall experience. Also, if a 'Do Not Disturb' sign isn't up, cleaning staff might enter unexpectedly, which can be a bit jarring.
